If you use our AI chat assistant, we process the information you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your questions or complete the requested task. Depending on the functionality, the assistant may interact with external services, for example to send emails or schedule meetings. Your data is processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill your request and is not used for marketing purposes.
Conversations are handled on our own EU-hosted infrastructure. Where an AI language-model provider is used to generate replies, only the necessary message content is transmitted to it, and your data must not be used for model training. Conversations are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the assistant; you can request deletion of your conversation at any time by e-mail.
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Simply contact us by email if you wish to exercise any of these rights.
